Our university has a committee for studying education popularization. It is composed of the President, the Dean, the heads of colleges, the director of the Extension Education Center, and directors of all departments. The committee is responsible for examining and implementing various course designs approved by the Ministry of Education. The creation of credit courses should be proposed by relevant departments according to regulations. They can enroll students first through examinations before the beginning of each term and then through an application submitted by the Extension Education Center to the Ministry of Education
